Victorian White Cotton Petticoat SM w- 24

Description

This petticoat is made from cotton, the front is smooth the back is tightly pleated to the waistband. When you repair the waistband it will be about 24 inches unless you replace it and make it larger to fit you, hips are up to 80 and it's 38 inches long.
I am happy to combine shipping and will do so as cheaply as possible, just wait for an invoice before paying. This pair of pants are made from 98 pct cotton and 2 pct spandex, they are a bit more on the orange shade than the photos, which show more yellow. I would say they are the shade of marigold flowers. They zip on the sides and are smooth but have a few inches of elastic on the sides. They have welted slit pockets in back, still sewn closed. They measure 46-48 inches around the waist, hips are 54 inches  relaxed and has give, front rise is 13 and inseam is 22 1/2 inches.
