Sexy Vintage Slip~Chemise~Nightgown ~ Silky Purple Satin Charmeuse Trimmed with Lace ~ Costume
This lovely vintage nightgown, slip or chemise has no maker, fabric or size labels.  The gown is very well made in a slightly stretchy satin charmeuse (could be silk or polyester) in a rich shade of eggplant purple (somewhat difficult to capture in natural light).  It's trimmed with wide purple lace at the front neckline and front hem; has 7" side slits and adjustable spaghetti straps; all the inside seams are finished; ribbon bows finish the neck and side slits.
I would rate the vintage condition as Excellent, and the gown has been freshly laundered and pressed.  I estimate the size as Medium, but please use the measurements below for your best guide to fit.
